Ever thought about how crazy what feminism has become? Please don’t misunderstand me. If you have some time, listen me out.
See there are so many fads around us. They keep changing; faster now in the past 3–5 years than ever before. Maybe we can attribute the fast pace to the media, internet etc.
Anyways, the point is, the definition of what’s cool or what’s in… is constantly changing & the cool kids..they want to keep up — even if they don’t understand it.
Let us talk Feminism
From Women rights and empowerment, to the “#MeToo movement” we’ve seen it all. There have been countless advocates, movies, documentaries, books, articles — all published about these topics. It is impressive. It is truly the day and age of the woman. The world is changing and really paying attention to her. The woman is slowly being noticed and gaining power. But with power comes great responsibility. Power can be both a good and a bad thing.
As you might have guessed I want to dwell a bit on the more on the controversial aspect of this ‘new age feminism’ for a bit. We talk about equality so much but do we really understand it? Is equality really something we want to achieve? Is anything equal at all? Well, what I mean is are we merely equals to men? Aren’t we bigger than that?
